In June 2023, Brandon testified at a Congressional Field Hearing on ATF overreach alongside Reps. Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene, defending law-abiding gun owners and small firearms manufacturers from regulatory abuse.

Attendance at town hall visits has far exceeded that of the previous session. In some locations, participation was up by as much as 400%. From the largest communities to even the smallest counties, residents showed up, asked thoughtful questions, and made their voices heard.
